All Freedom Bras are high support and suitable for HIIT, except Freedom 3.0 for C cup and above (medium support).

Very soft, comfortable, but suggest sizing down if you are in between sizes as ribbed material is more stretchy. As such, a bit loose, but it’s great to wear for hikes, walks and strength days!

I am in between lululemon 6 and 8 for their bras and the size 8 of this product fits me well. I initially got the bra in size 10 as I don’t like it when the bra is too tight but found it to be too loose. Requested for an exchange and the whole process was quick and fuss free. I do wish the size 8 had as much coverage as the size 10 (near the chest area) but the item fits me well otherwise :)
